Stories
for Engagement
This
workshop is for people who wish to learn how to safely elicit, hold,
structure and present stories in groups. It will also develop your
confidence, communication and spontaneity skills. These skills are
critical for engagement and participation strategies, community
development, story interviewing and facilitation and as a warm up
for developing story products such as digital stories, group oral
histories.
At
the end of the workshop you will have skills:

build safe environments for people to share their stories.
- To
identify key elements in sharing stories
- Creatively
identify the heart of story
- To
creatively engage people to share their stories
- To
consider applying stories in work setting
